Not only do I start a new job on Monday, at somewhere I feel great about, but I posted som photos on a local news website last night, and one of them is already on the 'top rated' page! I'm a happy bunny today!

I've come to a decision. The Pope is a total numpty. I know, as a gay man, I should be using stronger language to condemn what he said about homosexuality being worse than the destruction of the rain forests, but he's just a homophobic old ex-nazi, and I don't really care if he expects me to burn in hellfire for all eternity or not. BUT....if his God made the planet, and put people in charge of it (that shows he ain't infallible, surely?), the shouldn't the old bloke in the dress be up in arms about deforestation? Ok, Jesus probably chopped down a few trees as a carpenter, and the romans must have used one for his cross, cos plastic would have been just too tacky, but that's really no excuse for slash and burn deforestation! Therefore, Pope = pillock. Glad I got that off my chest.
